Mr. Kiiza H K Charles is a Ugandan aged 52 years; a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants; also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU), with a Masters degree in Accounting and Finance; He has working experience in Financial Management / Accounting and project management of over 20 years and is fully familiar with the challenges involved in the provision of Accounting and Financial Management Consultancy, Audit and other audit and quality assurance related professional services; and he is ready to take on the challenges of auditing drawing from his rich experience gained from similar and related engagements in other reputable organizations including his investigative audit and consultancy experience gained when he worked with the Inspectorate of Government in Uganda, and having coordinated consultancy, advisory work and organizational audits at different organizations in his employment career of over 20 years; and in the various work portfolio as listed hereafter that he has held in his career life.
Besides, he has been involved in core financial /accounting and project management work where he got exposure, experience and competences relevant to the audit work under proposal. Further to his experience and professional competences, he is an enthusiast of professional ethics and morality; with commitment to high standards of integrity, and best principles of organizational practices. Mr. Kiiza is highly inspired to always ensuring financial propriety and sound accountability. Mr. Kiiza is also a responsible husband and a father of three Sons and one Daughter
