Mr. Henry Duku is a Ugandan aged 45 years; a Member of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda and Kenya, and also a member of the institute of internal auditors Global and Uganda. Mr. Duku served as a member of the Technical committee of the institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda, Vice president of the Institute of Internal Auditors Uganda
. He has a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
He has a working experience in Internal Auditing of over 25 years and is fully familiar with the challenges the Audit services entails. He is ready and fit to take the consultancy and audit service challenges drawing from his rich experience gained from similar and related engagements in other reputable organizations including his solid Internal Auditing department quality assurance assessment experience gained in his working career life as outlined below in the employment record; where he has progressed overtime to the position of Chief Internal Auditor; and in the various portfolio he has held in his working career life.
He has been involved in core Auditing work where he got exposure, experience and competences relevant to the professional work under proposal. Further to his experience and professional competences, he is a moralist with passion to purity and righteousness having been a devotee to his religious faith for all his adult lifetime. He renders good service to the community in his environs with commitment to high standards of integrity, and is a member of the Rotary club of Nansana.
